The property is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey on the South Cornish Coast, with the The Eden project and historic port of Charlestown a short drive away. Heligan Gardens is easily accessible by car and is within walking distance.
The property offers a modern self catering experience with home from home comforts. The heart of the picture-postcard fishing village of Mevagissey with its labyrinth of tiny streets, whitewashed fishermans cottages and distinctive twin harbour is approximately 5-8 minutes walk away. On the quayside local fisherman can be seen landing their daily catch and the narrow streets contain various galleries, interesting shops and eateries.
The property is located within minutes of the South West Coast path and Cycle trail. Polstreath beach is within walking distance as is the sandy cove at Portmellon, there are also many unspoilt beaches nearby. Pentewan can also be reached via the Coast path.
Mevagissey provides a central base from which to explore the whole of Cornwall.
There is a local bus Service from Mevagissey to St Austell, The buses run approximately every hour in the summer although the timetable may vary in the winter. St Austell is the closest town to Mevagissey and is home to the bus and train station. Train and bus services run to locations throughout Cornwall and beyond.

Invermore- sleeps 8 Open all year
The property is easily reached without having to negotiate the narrow steets and the level access makes it suitable for, familes, walkers and cyclists.
This spacious property comprises 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which are double rooms and 1 is a twin (3ft beds). The twin and 1 double room are situated upstairs with the remaining 2 double rooms located on the ground floor. The property benefits from a family bathroom, upstairs cloakroom and the larger downstairs bedroom has an en-suite. On the ground floor there is a large family kitchen, separate dinning room and lounge with rural views.
You will find the property well equipped, with a TV/DVD, digi box, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and is equipped with an electric shower over the bath. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property benefits from oil fired central heating to keep you warm on those cooler autumn evenings and chilly winter nights.
Parking for two vehicles is available outside the property and there is also an outbuilding/utility which is suitable for the storage of bicycle's and any leisure equipment. There is a south facing garden to the front of the property equipped with garden furniture for you to relax and unwind.
On the day of arrival you may enter the property at 2.00pm and we respectfully ask that you vacate by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Changeover day is Saturday
Linen is available on request, it is charged per bed - £10 per double and £5 per single, this includes Duvet cover, Sheet and Pillowcases. If required a travel cot and high chair are also available. Dogs are permitted at a weekly charge of £15.00.

Blue Harbour Cottage - Sleeps 6
Traditional fisherman's cottage modernised to a high standard. It combines a stylish and comfortable interior but still manages to retain its period charm and character. The property faces south and overlooks the bustling harbour, with sea views across Mevagissey bay. The accommodation is both spacious and airy. It is arranged over three floors, the open plan, kitchen,diner, lounge is situated on the ground floor, the kitchen is well equiped. A twin and a double bedroom are located on the first floor together with a family bathroom. The master en-suite bedroom is located on the top floor and has a king size bed. A parking permit is included for the harbour car park.
Chloe's Apartment - Sleeps 4
Modern apartment designed for open-plan living. The kitchen,diner and lounge are situated on the first floor. A twin and double bedroom are located on the second floor together with the family bathroom. Changeover day for the above two properties is Friday.
Katie's Apartment - Sleeps 5
Traditional holiday cottage style apartment which has many period features. The kitchen dining room and lounge are all situated on the first floor. Two bedrooms are situated on the second floor together with a bathroom and separate WC.
Polly's and Lillie's Apartments - Slp 4 Traditional apartments situated in the very heart of the village, overlooking the village streets and square. Both apartments are warmly decorated and are situated on one level although there are steps leading into the properties.
Polly's has a kitchen, lounge, two double bedrooms and family bathroom. This is the only apartment in which dogs are accepted.
Lillie's situated above Polly's has a kitchen, lounge, twin and double bedrooms together with a family bathroom.
Changeover day for the above three apartments is Saturday.
